An Azerbaijan Airlines passenger plane, which took off from Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, and was heading to the Russian city of Grozny, crashed in Kazakh airspace for unknown reasons.
CHANGED ROUTE DUE TO FOG
Russian news agencies stated that the plane, which was en route to Grozny, changed its course due to fog in Grozny.
Azerbaijan Airlines announced that the Embraer 190 aircraft, flight number J2-8243, was flying from Baku to Grozny, the capital of Russia's Chechen region, but was forced to make an emergency landing approximately 3 km from the Kazakh city of Aktau.

25 PEOPLE SURVIVED THE CRASH
