Mustafa Sarıgül's prime ministerial request to Özgür Özel: He knelt before him

Republican People's Party (CHP) Chairman Özgür Özel attended a public meeting held in Erzincan. Taking the floor at the rally, CHP Erzincan MP Mustafa Sarıgül showered praise on Özel and emphasized that he wants to see him as prime minister in the future.

During a part of his speech, Sarıgül knelt down and said, "My dear Chairman, the wish of dear Erzincan is this: The day will come when you will be the prime minister of Turkey, and we will visit you there."

''ERZİNCAN'S WISHES WILL COME TRUE''

Expressing his satisfaction with Özel's visit to Erzincan, Sarıgül invited the CHP leader back to Erzincan and said the following:

"Dear Erzincan says, 'Even if you are hurt, do not hurt.' Dear Erzincan says, 'Do not forget that even your enemy is a human being.' Dear Erzincan says, 'He who is full while his neighbor is hungry is not one of us.' We definitely want to host our brave Chairman in Dörtyol Square."

Drawing attention to Özel's young and dynamic leadership, Sarıgül said, "You are the youngest party leader in Europe and the democratic world. We believe that you will carry this country to bright tomorrows with your goal of an impartial president, a strong parliament, and an independent judiciary."

Reiterating his emphasis on the prime ministry, Sarıgül said, "God willing, the wishes of dear Erzincan will come true, and one day we will visit you at the Prime Ministry. However, when that day comes, do not forget dear Erzincan when forming the Council of Ministers," he stated.

Concluding his speech with a warm message typical of the people of Erzincan, Sarıgül said, "May your arrival be joyful, may your departure be joyful, may everything you do be joyful. May you have many who love you, but let one side always be from Erzincan!"
