Last week, simultaneous operations were carried out in 8 provinces against suspects who were preparing to hold a private party for New Year's Eve in a villa they rented in Büyükçekmece and to broadcast obscene content on social media. A new development has occurred regarding the group that shared obscene videos from the social media account named 'Fergio House', in the 'Kafes-26' operation, which was also announced by Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya.
FOUNDER ARRESTED
In the investigations conducted regarding the suspects, 19 people were detained, including the interior architect brothers Ferhat G. and Serhat G., who are alleged to be the founders of Fergio House and who wore masks and changed their voices to avoid being recognized in the videos they filmed. After the procedures carried out by the Public Security Branch Office's Morality Bureau, a total of 19 people who were detained were referred to the courthouse. Ferhat G., who was referred to the courthouse, was arrested by the court and sent to prison. A judicial control decision was issued for the other 18 people.
STATEMENT EMERGES
Following this operation, it was learned that the group could not hold the obscene party planned for New Year's Eve. The statement of the arrested Ferhat G. has emerged. Claiming that he did not know who the social media account named Fergio House belonged to, Ferhat G. said, "This account was first opened by me in May 2023. It was opened for advertising and entertainment purposes, to gain followers and add mystery. No financial income was generated. After the OnlyFans users in Taksim distributed money, I gave this account to people abroad who had an account with the same name. However, I was also able to access it. I do not know exactly who manages this account."
"CONTENT IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES"
Stating that the videos and images shared from the Fergio House account were prepared by professional teams, Ferhat G. said, "The house where the videos were filmed was rented by a company owned by my brother Serhat G. The vehicles also belong to my brother. I am definitely not in the images in question. This content was filmed for entertainment, fiction, and social experiments. There is no intention to earn profit."
