Police raided preparations for an obscene party: Verdict in the Fergio House investigation!
The assets and funds of suspects identified by the Istanbul Police Department's Public Security Branch as having shared obscene videos and photos via the social media account 'Fergio House,' organized obscene parties at a residence in the Büyükçekmece district, and generated illicit income through these parties, have been seized.

An operation was carried out in December against suspects who had rented a villa in Büyükçekmece to organize a private New Year's Eve party and were preparing to broadcast obscene content on social media. During the investigation into the suspects, 19 people were detained, including interior designer brothers Ferhat G. and Serhat G., who were alleged to be the founders of Fergio House and who wore masks and altered their voices in their videos to avoid being recognized.
Following the procedures conducted by the Public Security Branch's Morality Bureau, the 19 detained individuals were referred to the courthouse. Ferhat G. was arrested by the court and sent to prison. A judicial control decision was issued for the other 18 individuals.
ASSETS SEIZED
Within the scope of the ongoing investigation, it was determined that Ferhat G. (32), Serhat G. (32), and a woman named S.G.C. (45) were involved in the crime of "Laundering Assets Derived from Crime." A decision was made on 19.01.2024 to seize the assets of the suspects deemed to have been acquired through criminal proceeds. This included 3 real estate properties in İzmir—consisting of 1 apartment, 1 plot of land, and 1 field—as well as 3 vehicles and the bank and electronic money accounts of the 3 suspects, with a total market value of approximately 85 million TL.
