Rockfall hits pickup truck in Tunceli: 1 dead
A person who was injured after a rock fell onto a moving pickup truck in the Ovacık district of Tunceli has lost their life.

Ekber Soylu (69), who was injured when a rock fell onto the pickup truck with license plate 23 BU 109 driven by V.Y. on the Tunceli-Ovacık highway near the village of Aşağıtorunoba, could not be saved despite all interventions at the Elazığ Fethi Sekin City Hospital.
Soylu's body, which was sent to the morgue of the Munzur Baba Cemevi in Ovacık, will be laid to rest in the district cemetery tomorrow.
