Scandalous scenes in Esenyurt: They used drugs in the middle of the street

Esenyurt, which as of 2025 is Turkey's most populous district with a population exceeding 1 million, has also been recorded as the neighborhood with the highest crime rate.
In the latest footage circulating on social media, a group of people was seen gathering in a vacant lot in broad daylight to hold a drug party using what is known as a "bucket" (kova) method.
REACTION POURED IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA
Following the footage receiving hundreds of thousands of interactions in a short time, an investigation into the incident was launched. In the images, it is clearly visible that the young people are taking turns using cannabis with a 'bucket' apparatus, and some individuals appear disheveled and unconscious.
