AFTERSHOCK CAUSED FEAR

Immediately following the major earthquake, another aftershock with a magnitude of 4.4 occurred at 12:51 off the coast of Büyükçekmece in the Sea of Marmara. This aftershock increased public fear, while experts warned that aftershocks could continue.
