The incident occurred 1 month ago in the Beyazevler Neighborhood of Adana's central Çukurova district. A person named Ahmet D. (24) allegedly harassed a woman named Berna K. on social media.
Upon this, Berna K. invited Ahmet D. to a house by saying, "I will apologize to you, come let's meet."
HE WAS TORTURED AND FORCED TO WEAR WOMEN'S CLOTHING
Trusting Berna K., Ahmet D. went to the house, where he encountered the woman along with her relative H.Y. and 2 other men whose names are unknown.
The 3 individuals first beat Ahmet D., then forced the young man to wear women's underwear and clothing and recorded a video. Furthermore, they pinned money on Ahmet D. while making him dance, pressuring him with the words "shake it, dance."
THEY WERE RELEASED AFTER BEING TAKEN INTO CUSTODY
Following the publication of the footage on social media, Ahmet D. went to the police and filed a complaint.
The 4 individuals who were taken into custody were released by the court after their statements at the police station, with a travel ban imposed on them.
