In Istanbul's Küçükçekmece district, 4 people who were removed from a restaurant 2 weeks ago after causing a disturbance returned a short time later wearing masks and rained bullets on the restaurant with long-barreled weapons. Police, who launched an investigation following the attack captured on security cameras second by second, detained 3 of the 4 attackers. After their interrogations, the 3 attackers were referred to court and arrested.

Four people who came to a restaurant located on 2. Hürriyet Street in the Atatürk neighborhood of Küçükçekmece were removed after causing a disturbance. In the incident that took place on October 17, 2023, the 4 people who were removed returned to the restaurant they had left, this time in a luxury car. The 4 masked attackers, who parked their vehicle in a nearby area, rained bullets on the restaurant with long-barreled weapons and handguns. The attackers fled the scene in the same car.

The terrifying footage of the incident, which resembled scenes from a movie, was recorded second by second by security cameras. The footage shows the 4 masked suspects arriving in a luxury car, scouting the area, and then raining bullets on the restaurant with long-barreled weapons and handguns, and continuing to fire as they fled, all of which was reflected on the security cameras.
IDENTITIES DETERMINED
Following the incident, teams from the Public Security Branch Office's Robbery Bureau and the Küçükçekmece District Police Department's Public Security Bureau launched an investigation. Examinations at the scene revealed 14 bullet impacts on the business and 3 on a parked vehicle. Following the joint work of the Robbery Bureau and the Küçükçekmece Public Security Bureau teams, the identities of the attackers were determined.
3 PEOPLE ARRESTED
Following the information obtained, in a simultaneous operation carried out about 1 week ago, Hakkıcan U. (24), who has 6 criminal records, Adem K. (35), who has 2 criminal records, and Umut D. (25), who has 15 criminal records, were captured by the Robbery Bureau teams. The long-barreled weapon used in the incident was seized in a hidden compartment. After the investigation, the 3 suspects were arrested and sent to prison. It was learned that police efforts to capture the 4th person are ongoing.
