As a result of the trial conducted following the indictment filed by our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the removal of the Istanbul Bar Association Board of Directors from office, the court of first instance terminated the duties of Bar President İbrahim Özden Kabaoğlu and the board of directors.
Lawyers who wanted to march to the bar building in Taksim to express their reaction to the announced decision were met with police intervention.
