Speaking to Barış Yarkadaş from TV100 on the matter, CHP Maltepe District Chair Kenan Otlu said, "Today is the 22nd anniversary of the AKP's rise to power. The point they have brought the country to after 22 years is trustees and the usurpation of the people's will. We will not surrender to the government's unlawful practices. We broke through the barricades set up in front of you today. We will break through them tomorrow as well and continue to expose the lawlessness," he said.
