In the Konak district of İzmir, 19-year-old E.C.A. crashed into 5 luxury vehicles with an official car he had taken without his father's permission. The accident occurred on February 23, 2025, on İnönü Street. The intoxicated young man lost steering control and hit the parked vehicles.
Upon reports from witnesses, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. E.C.A.'s friend escaped the accident with minor scratches. The moment of the incident was recorded in a video taken by someone passing by on a motorcycle, and the young man was shocked to learn that the vehicles he damaged were luxury cars. E.C.A. was taken to the police station to provide a statement; one vehicle was rendered unusable in the accident, while 4 others sustained material damage. The investigation is ongoing.
