Wanted by Interpol, found in Çorum: 3 ISIS members captured
Three members of the ISIS terrorist organization, two of whom were wanted by Interpol with red notices, have been captured in an operation conducted by Çorum police.

Çorum Police Department's Counter-Terrorism Branch teams, as part of their efforts to detect and expose the activities of the ISIS terrorist organization against our country, identified three foreign nationals who had previously engaged in operational activities in conflict zones within the terrorist organization. It was determined that two of these individuals were wanted by Interpol with red notices.
In a planned operation carried out by the Counter-Terrorism Branch against the addresses where the suspects were residing in the city center, the 3 suspects were captured and taken into custody, and judicial proceedings have been initiated against them.
In a statement made by the police, it was stated, “Our fight against terrorist organizations will continue decisively and uninterruptedly for the peace of our country and the security of our border regions.”
