Wanted with a red notice, captured in Kocaeli
An individual wanted with an Interpol red notice for "armed robbery with multiple people" in Russia has been captured in Kocaeli following an operation by police teams.

As part of the efforts carried out by the Provincial Security Directorate to apprehend wanted individuals, it was determined that Y.M. (37), who was wanted with a red notice for "armed robbery with multiple people" in Russia, was in Kocaeli.
Y.M. was captured in an operation organized by the Kocaeli police.
The individual was handed over to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management teams for the necessary procedures to be carried out.
