Stating that they aim to increase the number of women entrepreneurs in Turkey and empower existing ones, Göktaş said, "In this context, as the Ministry, we have gathered training, research, financial support, and mentoring efforts for women who are entrepreneurs or aspire to be, on a single platform. Women entrepreneurs can access the information and support they need through our website 'https://kadingirisimci.gov.tr/'."
Noting that the website includes services offered by the public sector, private sector, non-governmental organizations, universities, and international organizations in the field of women's entrepreneurship, Göktaş stated that under the "Support and Incentives" heading, one can easily access support and incentives provided by institutions and organizations such as ministries, KOSGEB, the Credit Guarantee Fund, banks, and development agencies.
Minister Göktaş noted the following:
"Within the scope of the 'Project for Empowering Women Through Cooperatives,' which we carry out in cooperation with our Ministry and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, one can also access the Women's Cooperatives Web Portal (www.kadinkoop.org), where 593 women's cooperatives are registered, to obtain information about the working areas of women's cooperatives and to support them in creating cooperation networks, primarily for the promotion of women's cooperatives and their products.
Our women entrepreneurs can also benefit from job, internship, training, and entrepreneurship support through the opportunity map on the digital portal (www.geleceginikurangenckadinlar.org) created within the scope of the 'Young Women Building Their Future Project' carried out by our Ministry. With assistant support, they can take advantage of artificial intelligence to type their questions and reach the information they need in a shorter time."
