When will Öcalan call on the PKK to lay down its arms?

Nefes columnist Deniz Zeyrek wrote that it is planned for Abdullah Öcalan to call on the PKK to lay down its arms on the 25th anniversary of February 15, 1999, the day he was captured by the US in Kenya and handed over to Turkey.

Because February 15 is the 25th anniversary of the day Öcalan was captured in Kenya by the US and handed over to Turkey.

Öcalan will have made his call after spending exactly a quarter of a century in İmralı.
