WHO IS YILMAZ ULUSOY?

Yılmaz Ulusoy was born in 1941 in the Of district of Trabzon and began working at Ulusoy Holding in 1958 after completing his high school education. He stepped into football club management at Trabzon Erdoğdu Club in 1959 and led the establishment of Samsunspor in 1965. He served as the President of Samsunspor between 1967 and 1973.

He settled in Istanbul in 1974 and continued to work at the Ulusoy firm, and served as vice president of the Wrestling Federation established in 1985. In 2008, he left Ulusoy Holding and founded Yılmaz Ulusoy Holding.

Ulusoy, who took part in professional organizations such as the ITO, ISO, and DTO, held active roles in foundation universities and various non-governmental organizations. Yılmaz Ulusoy, who was married to Serap Ulusoy, had three children and five grandchildren.
