Why do Turkcell's internet packages run out so quickly? It failed the test
Recently, many users have been complaining that their mobile internet packages run out very quickly. Most recently, a user compared the Bulgarian operator Viva and Turkcell by performing the same actions. The experiment revealed that the package on Turkcell ran out faster than the one on Viva.

A user on social media compared 10 GB internet packages from Turkcell and the Bulgaria-based telecommunications company Vivacom.
Using both internet packages, the series "Friends" was watched at 360p resolution with no background applications open.
At the end of the experiment, the Turkcell package ran out at Season 1, Episode 22 with 10 GB, while the 10 GB package on Viva ran out at Season 2, Episode 14.
The result led citizens to ask whether Turkcell provides less internet than what is stated in the package.

Energy and Climate Expert Önder Algedik stated, "there is a robbery in mobile communication," and said the following:
"If I can buy 110 GB of internet in Europe for €10 (which is 350 TL) and use it fully for 2 weeks without even spending 2.8 GB (it goes 2-3 times faster in Turkey), then internet in Turkey is; 1. both expensive (you can only get 10 GB at Tcell) 2. and low quality (you cannot drop below 5-6 GB in 2 weeks with careful use)
