Women in Diyarbakır march for Rojin Kabaiş
Women in Diyarbakır held a silent march for university student Rojin Kabaiş, whose lifeless body was found 18 days after she went missing in Van.

Rojin Kabaiş, a first-year student in the Child Development Department at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University's Faculty of Education and a native of Diyarbakır, left her dormitory on the evening of September 27 and was not heard from again. Following intensive search efforts, Kabaiş's lifeless body was discovered on October 15 on the shore of Lake Van near the village of Molla Kasım.
Today, women organized a silent march for Rojin, who was laid to rest at the Yeniköy Cemetery in Diyarbakır. The silent march, which included Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality Co-Mayor Ayşe Serra Bucak Küçük, Van Metropolitan Municipality Co-Mayor Neslihan Şedal, and numerous other women, proceeded from Göletli Park in the Bağlar district to the Abdurrahman Enç Condolence House, where condolences for Rojin were being received.
Following the march, the women paid a condolence visit to the Kabaiş family.
