According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM); the country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with rain and occasional thunderstorms expected across the Marmara, Aegean, Western Mediterranean, Western Black Sea, northwestern Central Anatolia, as well as the surroundings of Mersin, Yozgat, Kırşehir, Çorum, and Amasya.

Precipitation is expected to be heavy in the surroundings of İzmir, Aydın, Muğla, Manisa, Çanakkale, western Balıkesir, Edirne, Kırklareli, Antalya, Isparta, and eastern Burdur. The wind is expected to blow strongly from the south and southwest in the western parts, with short-term storms. Local haze and fog are expected in the interior and eastern parts during the morning and night hours.

AIR TEMPERATURE: It is expected to remain above seasonal norms across the country.
