Young man falls from 3rd floor in Balıkesir and loses his life
28-year-old Berker Topçu has lost his life after falling from the balcony of his 3rd-floor apartment in Balıkesir. Police have launched an investigation into the young man's suspicious death.

Berker Topçu (28) has lost his life at the hospital he was taken to after falling from the balcony of his 3rd-floor apartment in the Erdek district of Balıkesir and sustaining serious injuries.
The incident occurred at approximately 17:00 on the 3rd floor of a 5-story apartment building located on Kemal Balıkesir Street in the Yalı neighborhood.
Berker Topçu, who had stepped out onto the balcony while his family was at home, fell from a height of approximately 8 meters onto the concrete ground for reasons yet unknown. His family, who saw Topçu lying in blood on the concrete, notified emergency medical services.
Upon the report, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Topçu, who was determined to be severely injured during the medical team's assessment, was taken to Erdek Neyyire Sıtkı State Hospital by ambulance after initial intervention.
Berker Topçu, who was placed under treatment, was transferred to Bandırma Training and Research Hospital following the doctors' intervention. Despite all efforts by the doctors, Topçu lost his life.
The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
