Young man who stabbed and killed his father in Karaman arrested
In Karaman, a father who was stabbed in the chest and abdomen by his son during an argument could not be saved at the hospital where he was taken and passed away.

In an incident that occurred in an apartment in the Ahmet Yesevi neighborhood of Karaman, 26-year-old K.K. began arguing with his 49-year-old father, Sedat Kurt, for reasons yet unknown.
FATHER COULD NOT BE SAVED
As the argument escalated into a fight, K.K. stabbed his father, Sedat Kurt, in the chest and abdomen with a knife he grabbed and fled the house. Upon notification, medical and police teams were dispatched to the address. The wounded father was taken by ambulance to the Karaman Training and Research Hospital, where he lost his life despite all interventions.
SON APPREHENDED WITH THE WEAPON
K.K., who caused his father's death by stabbing him, was apprehended by police shortly after with the knife used in the crime and taken into custody. While the crime scene investigation team examined the house where the fight took place, it was learned that the deceased, Sedat Kurt, was a public official.
An investigation into the incident has been launched.
