Youth arrested for allegedly punching person carrying caliphate flag
It was alleged that a youth identified as E.A. punched İsmail Aydemir, who was returning from a pro-Palestine march on the Galata Bridge, after shouting, "You are Arab lovers." E.A., who was subsequently attacked by several participants of the march, was arrested after being referred to the courthouse.

It was alleged that a person attacked İsmail Aydemir, who was walking on the Galata Bridge with a caliphate flag after a pro-Palestine march, by shouting "You are Arab lovers."
In the video shared on social media, it was seen that İsmail Aydemir's nose was bleeding.
Some of the participants in the pro-Palestine march beat the youth who allegedly punched Aydemir. The moments when E.A. was beaten were also recorded on video by bystanders.
ARRESTED
İsmail Aydemir was taken to Taksim First Aid Hospital for a check-up. E.A., whom Aydemir alleged had punched him, was arrested after being referred to the courthouse.
