11 separate supermarket chains operating in İzmir have joined forces to take a step toward establishing a new affordable supermarket chain they have named "Tanzim Gross." The first branch is planned to open in February.

11 supermarket chains that have been serving across the city for a long time have come together under a common company umbrella to offer more affordable products to consumers. The newly established "Tanzim Gross Mağazacılık Ticaret Anonim Şirketi" aims to become the new destination for economical shopping.
Speaking at a meeting held in Gaziemir for the new venture, Chairman of the Board Cihan Kırbaş emphasized that this collaboration would make significant contributions to İzmir's economic life. Kırbaş stated that the new supermarket chain would pursue an affordable pricing policy with a rich selection of products in the Aegean Region.
Noting that the first branch will begin operations in the Menderes district of İzmir, Kırbaş said, "We sincerely believe that this initiative will bring a new breath of life to trade in İzmir. With our robust and reliable supply chain, we aim to both support local producers and contribute to the city's economy."
According to the planning carried out by the company, the goal is to open five new Tanzim Gross branches across İzmir in a short time. It is projected that the total number of branches across the Aegean and Marmara regions will reach 10 in the short term. According to the vision set forth, the aim is for Tanzim Gross to expand across Turkey in the future.
