22 stocks rose and 76 fell on the BIST 100 index

The BIST 100 index on Borsa Istanbul fell by 0.83 percent to 7,830.23 points in the first half of the day.

As of 1:00 PM, the index had decreased by 65.72 points compared to the previous close. The BIST 100 index, which closed at 7,895.96 points yesterday, started the day at 7,854.17 points, down 41.79 points and 0.53 percent.

During the first half of the day, the index saw a low of 7,774.88 points and a high of 7,864.51 points.

In the first half of the day, the financial index lost 0.84 percent, the services index 0.81 percent, the technology index 1.21 percent, and the industrial index 0.42 percent.

Compared to the previous close, 22 of the stocks included in the BIST 100 index rose, while 76 lost value during the first half of the day. The most actively traded stocks were Akbank, Yapı ve Kredi Bankası, Türk Hava Yolları, Gübre Fabrikaları, and Türkiye İş Bankası (C).
