653 million dollar syndicated loan

Vakıfbank has obtained a sustainability-themed syndicated loan totaling 653 million dollars, consisting of 323 million dollars and 303 million euros.

The cost of the loan was realized at SOFR + 3.50% for the dollar portion and Euribor + 3.25% for the euro portion.

34 banks from 19 countries participated in the syndication.
