Additional pension hike proposal for SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees in Parliament: When will the salary difference be paid?

AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced the 5 percent additional raise for SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees as a 'good news', and the proposal is set to be enacted in the TBMM General Assembly this week.

The Grand National Assembly of Turkey General Assembly will begin discussing the legislative proposal containing regulations related to working life in the new week.

With the proposal, the increase rate for SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees will rise to 42.6 percent, including the 5 percent additional raise. The lowest pension will also be 10 thousand liras. Once the regulation is enacted, the salary difference payments will be deposited into accounts.

The proposal will also increase the minimum wage support for employers from 500 liras to 700 liras.

According to the proposal, the situation of a "general epidemic" will also be added to the grounds for short-term work.

The minimum number of premium payment days required for an insured person to benefit from the short-term work allowance will be reduced from 600 to 450.

WHEN WILL THE ADDITIONAL PENSION RAISE AND SALARY DIFFERENCE BE PAID?

Following the announcement of the dates for the payment of January's increased pensions, eyes have turned to when the salary differences will be paid.

According to the news on NTV, it is anticipated that the additional raise difference will be reflected in the February salaries.

Here are the 4A-4B pension payment days according to the allocation number;

4A SSK PENSION PAYMENT DATES

Those whose allocation number ends in 9 are paid on the 17th of the month,

Those whose allocation number ends in 7 are paid on the 18th of the month,

Those whose allocation number ends in 5 are paid on the 19th of the month,

Those whose allocation number ends in 3 are paid on the 20th of the month,

Those whose allocation number ends in 1 are paid on the 21st of the month,

Those whose allocation number ends in 8 are paid on the 22nd of the month,

Those whose allocation number ends in 6 are paid on the 23rd of the month,

Those whose allocation number ends in 4 are paid on the 24th of the month,

Those whose allocation number ends in 2 are paid on the 25th of the month,

Those whose allocation number ends in 0 are paid on the 26th of the month.

4B BAĞ-KUR PENSION PAYMENT DATES

Those whose allocation number ends in 9, 7, and 5 are paid on the 25th of the month,

Those whose allocation number ends in 3 and 1 are paid on the 26th of the month,

Those whose allocation number ends in 8, 6, and 4 are paid on the 27th of the month,

Those whose allocation number ends in 2 and 0 receive their pensions on the 28th of each month.

4C EMEKLİ SANDIĞI PENSION PAYMENT DATES

The payment days for Emekli Sandığı pensions, which are received every three months, are as follows. If these days fall on a Saturday, the payment is made on Friday; if they fall on a Sunday, it is made on Monday.

Those in the first group receiving monthly payments in February, May, August, and November;

Those with birth dates between 00–40 receive their salaries on the 1st day of the month

Those with birth dates between 41–46 receive their salaries on the 2nd day of the month

Those with birth dates between 47–49 receive their salaries on the 3rd day of the month

Those with birth dates between 50–53 receive their salaries on the 4th day of the month

Those with birth dates between 54–99 receive their salaries on the 5th day of the month

Those in the second group receiving monthly payments in March, June, September, and December;

Those with birth dates between 00–22 receive their salaries on the 1st day of the month

Those with birth dates between 23–28 receive their salaries on the 2nd day of the month

Those with birth dates between 29–48 receive their salaries on the 3rd day of the month

Those with birth dates between 49–54 receive their salaries on the 4th day of the month

Those with birth dates between 54–99 receive their salaries on the 5th day of the month

Those in the third group receiving monthly payments in January, April, July, and October;

Those with birth dates between 00–33 receive their salaries on the 1st day of the month

Those with birth dates between 34-37 receive their salaries on the 2nd day of the month

Those with birth dates between 38–40 receive their salaries on the 3rd day of the month

Those with birth dates between 41–43 receive their salaries on the 4th day of the month

Those with birth dates between 44–99 receive their salaries on the 5th day of the month.
