The communiqué from the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources regarding the matter was published in today's issue of the Official Gazette.
Administrative fines to be imposed in the event of non-compliance with the regulatory provisions set forth in the Energy Efficiency Law have been increased by 58.46 percent, which is the 2023 revaluation rate.
Accordingly, the administrative fines to be applied will range between 8 thousand 918 liras and 897 thousand 945 liras.
