Administrative fines to be applied in various situations in the natural gas, petroleum, liquefied petroleum gas, and electricity markets for the coming year have been determined.

The communique of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) regarding the relevant sectors has been published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, administrative fines applied to natural or legal persons operating in the natural gas, petroleum, liquefied petroleum gas, and electricity markets in cases of non-compliance with legislation have been increased by 58.46 percent for 2024.
The communique will enter into force on January 1.
