After Raki, Beer Prices Are Also Set to Rise!

Erol Dündar, President of the Monopoly Dealers Solidarity Association (TBYD), announced on his social media account that there will be a price hike on beer.

In his post, Dündar stated, "A price increase of around 5 percent is expected for beer groups. It will not be 15 or anything like that, as some have claimed."

Özgür Aybaş, President of the Monopoly Dealers Platform, had used the phrase "Are we ready for a 15-20 TL price hike on beer?" in a post on his social media account in recent days.

RAKI WAS THE LAST TO RECEIVE A HIKE

In a statement on his social media account on May 2, Dündar had announced that a price hike had been applied to the Beylerbeyi raki group.

Accordingly, the price of a 70cl bottle of Beylerbeyi Göbek raki had risen to 995 liras. While the 70cl Beylerbeyi Teragold rose to 895 liras, the price of a 100cl bottle of Beylerbeyi Göbek raki reached 1350 TL.

Following the hike on the Beylerbeyi raki group, Dündar had also announced that a price increase had been applied to the Efe raki group. After the latest hikes, the 70cl Efe Gold became 969 liras, while the 70cl Efe Göbek became 995 TL.
