Anatolia's largest company is up for sale
HES Kablo, one of the largest companies in Anatolia, will find its new owner through a tender to be held tomorrow. The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) will carry out the sale of the company with an estimated value of 22 billion liras.

HES Kablo, which was transferred to a trustee in 2016 as part of the FETÖ/PDY investigation, was put up for sale with a decision published in the Official Gazette on May 22, 2025.
The tender price determined for this significant company, which is under the ownership of the TMSF, was announced as 22 billion liras. The deadline for those wishing to participate in the tender has been set for June 30.
RESULTS TO BE ANNOUNCED ON TUESDAY
Applications for the tender, which will use a combination of closed-bid and open-auction methods, will end tomorrow. The tender will be held on July 1 at 10:00 AM at the TMSF headquarters in Esentepe. The winning company will be announced on Tuesday, July 1.
