Application dates and requirements announced: TurkStat to hire personnel

The Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) will hire 10 contract personnel and 14 assistant experts.

According to the announcement published by TurkStat in the Official Gazette, the institution will employ a total of 10 contract personnel, including 7 cleaning staff, 2 cooks, and 1 technician.

Candidates will submit their applications electronically from today until December 9 at 23:59 via the "TurkStat Presidency-Career Gate Public Recruitment" service on e-Devlet or through the Career Gate (https://isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) website.

The placement process for candidates who apply on time and meet the necessary requirements will be carried out based on the ranking of KPSS P94 scores, starting from the candidate with the highest score for each unit, taking into account the contract personnel position titles and qualifications. Additionally, a number of substitute candidates equal to the number of positions announced per unit may be determined. In the event that candidates have equal scores, priority will be given to the candidate with the earlier graduation date, and if the equality persists, to the candidate with the earlier date of birth (the older candidate).

14 ASSISTANT EXPERTS TO BE EMPLOYED

The institution will also hire 14 assistant experts for its central organization through an examination to be trained as experts.

According to the announcement in the Official Gazette, candidates will be able to submit their applications electronically from today until December 4 at 18:00 via the TurkStat Presidency-Career Gate Public Recruitment service on e-Devlet or through the Career Gate (https://isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) website.

Candidates up to 4 times the quota number, determined separately for each department, will be eligible to take the entrance exam. Candidates will be determined by ranking based on the KPSS score used for the entrance exam application.

The entrance exam will be conducted in a single stage as an oral interview. The list of candidates eligible to take the entrance exam, as well as the location and date of the oral exam, will be announced on the TurkStat website (www.tuik.gov.tr).

Candidates will also be able to access information regarding the exam from the "My Exams/My Interviews" menu on the Career Gate Public Recruitment Platform.
