Atlas Portföy has announced that investor interests will be protected during the liquidation process of the funds listed in the Capital Markets Board (CMB) bulletin.

Atlas Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. has issued a statement regarding the liquidation processes of the funds included in the September 17, 2026, issue No. 60 bulletin of the Capital Markets Board (CMB).

The company stated that the transactions regarding the funds under liquidation will be carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation, the principles and methods to be determined by the CMB, and the fund disclosure documents.

The statement noted that Atlas Portföy was established on April 1, 2013, and was authorized by the CMB on July 19, 2013. It was recorded that the company acts as the founder and manager of 29 securities investment funds, 5 venture capital investment funds, and 9 real estate investment funds; it also manages the portfolio of 1 pension investment fund.

Atlas Portföy announced that 16 of the total 43 funds for which it acts as founder and manager are in the process of liquidation. It was stated that during this process, the company will act as a portfolio management firm in cooperation with custodian institutions and in line with the instructions of the CMB.

In its statement, the company reminded that investment funds have a separate legal personality and that fund assets are kept by portfolio custodian institutions. Atlas Portföy stated, "Our priority is to protect the rights and interests of investors."

It was announced that developments regarding the liquidation process will be shared with investors and the public through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) and the company's official website within the framework of the legislation. The statement also called for disregarding news circulating on social media that is intended to damage the company's reputation.
