During the audits, necessary information will be collected from tenants, and this information will be stored electronically. 

PURPOSE OF THE AUDIT: PREVENTING TAX EVASION

The audits aim to prevent rental income from being kept out of the tax system by underreporting it. 

Following the checks, legal proceedings will be initiated against taxpayers whose declarations show discrepancies or who have not filed a declaration at all.
