BDDK decision on QNB Bank and Enpara

The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) has officially approved the demerger decisions taken at the extraordinary general assembly meetings of QNB Bank AŞ and Enpara Bank AŞ.

According to information published in the Official Gazette, the demerger decisions adopted during the extraordinary general assemblies held by both banks on August 19, 2025, have been registered.

This decision was taken within the framework of Article 19 of the Banking Law No. 5411 and the "Regulation on Mergers, Acquisitions, Demergers, and Share Exchanges of Banks."
