Increased pensions for civil servants and retirees will begin to be paid out next week.
SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees will receive a 24.73 percent raise in July. However, there are retirees whose increased pension will still remain below the currently paid 10,000 lira because their base salary is low.
According to a report by NTV, while questions regarding what will happen to their situation were on the agenda, it has become clear that preparations for a new regulation are underway.
It was noted that additional arrangements will be made for 1.8 million retirees.
