The following was noted in the company's statement:
“At our company's board of directors meeting dated November 29, 2023, and numbered 2023/14, it was decided to initiate the transition to the registered capital system and the IPO preparations for Bin Ulaşım ve Akıllı Şehir Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi, in which we hold an 89 percent stake. Developments regarding the process will be announced separately on the KAP.”
