Recent fluctuations in the cryptocurrency market have significantly impacted the value of Bitcoin. This morning, Bitcoin fell below 90 thousand dollars, hitting 89 thousand 900 dollars. This decline has wiped out the gains made throughout 2025.

It is known that Bitcoin was trading at 93 thousand 380 dollars at the beginning of the year and peaked at 126 thousand 270 dollars in October. However, there has been a 29% drop since that peak, leading to speculation that Bitcoin may have entered a bear market.

Ethereum was also affected by this decline, falling below 3 thousand dollars after peaking at 4 thousand 955 dollars in August. The loss in value for Ethereum has reached 40%.

There has been a significant outflow of money from the cryptocurrency market in recent weeks. Last week, 2 billion dollars flowed out of crypto exchange-traded funds, with 1,38 billion dollars of that coming from Bitcoin. According to Coinshares data, there was a total outflow of 1,2 billion dollars in the previous two weeks as well, bringing the total three-week outflow to 3,2 billion dollars.

In addition to these developments, Strategy, the largest institutional investor in Bitcoin, took advantage of the dips to make new purchases. The company bought 8 thousand 178 more Bitcoins for 835 million dollars, bringing the total number of Bitcoins in its portfolio to 649 thousand 870.

Analysts state that Bitcoin's 50, 100, and 200-day moving average levels are between 111 thousand 650 and 133 thousand 300 dollars. Prices remaining below these levels highlight the 88 thousand 500 to 85 thousand 500 dollar range as a critical support zone. For upward movements, 96 thousand 500 dollars is being watched as the first resistance point.
