Borsa İstanbul has announced that new trading measures will be implemented for the shares of three companies. According to the notifications published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the measures for Işıklar Enerji ve Yapı Holding (IEYHO), CW Enerji (CWENE), and Hedef Holding (HEDEF) shares will be effective starting from the beginning of the session on August 10, 2026.
Within the scope of the decisions, the final application date for these measures has been set as the end of the session on September 9, 2026.
In accordance with the Directive on Surveillance Measures to be Applied in Borsa İstanbul Markets and the decision taken via the Measure Management System, a ban on margin trading and gross settlement will be applied to IEYHO shares in addition to the existing short-selling ban. The short-selling ban on the stock will also continue throughout the duration of the measures.
CW Enerji shares have been included in the Volatility-Based Measure System (VBTS) in line with the Capital Markets Board's decision. In this context, CWENE shares will not be subject to short selling or margin trading from August 10 until the end of the session on September 9.
The same application will also be valid for Hedef Holding shares. A ban on short selling and margin trading will be applied to HEDEF shares between the specified dates.
