CBRT meeting concludes: Who are the new members?
The 92nd Ordinary General Assembly meeting of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) has concluded. During the meeting, members of the Board and the Auditing Committee were determined.

The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) held its 92nd Ordinary General Assembly for the accounting period, chaired by CBRT Governor Fatih Karahan.
At the general assembly held in the Bank's headquarters meeting hall, the reports of the Board and the Auditing Committee for the 2023 accounting year were discussed and approved.
Following Governor Karahan's statement regarding the 2023 accounts, shareholders and their representatives expressed their views on topics such as the independent audit report, food prices, and the Bank's profit and loss.
Karahan noted that they had published a detailed article on the concept of profit and loss in central bank operations on the "Merkezin Güncesi" (The Central Bank's Diary) blog.
Elections were held for two vacant seats on the Board and one vacant seat on the Auditing Committee. Nurullah Genç and Kemal Madenoğlu were elected to the Board, and Metin Toprak was elected to the Auditing Committee.
