Central Bank to announce 3-year inflation forecast tomorrow

The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB) will announce the second Inflation Report of the year tomorrow in Ankara. The report will also include three-year inflation forecasts. 

According to the announcement made by the Central Bank, Governor Fatih Karahan will hold an information meeting at the TCMB Headquarters at 10:30 AM tomorrow to present the Inflation Report 2024-II. The meeting will also be broadcast live on the bank's X and YouTube accounts.

According to the first inflation report of the year, which was announced on February 8, the TCMB had not changed its year-end inflation forecasts. Accordingly, the 2024 year-end inflation forecast was 36 percent, the 2025 year-end inflation forecast was 14 percent, and the 2026 year-end inflation forecast was 9 percent.
