According to the Presidential decree published in the Official Gazette, the regulation allowing Turkish citizens who are GSS members and their dependents—who would otherwise be unable to receive health services due to premium debts—to benefit from health services provided at Ministry of Health facilities and state university hospitals has been extended until December 31, 2024.
Thus, individuals within this scope will be able to continue utilizing state hospitals and state university hospitals throughout the coming year, regardless of whether they have outstanding premium debts.
