HOW MUCH OF A RAISE WILL SSK AND BAĞ-KUR RETIREES RECEIVE?

For SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees, inflation figures are the determining factor for salary increases. Retirees are entitled to a raise equal to the inflation rate calculated every 6 months. Since inflation reached 37.57% in the second half of the year, this rate has become the basis for the retirees' salary increase.

SALARY INCREASE RATE FOR CIVIL SERVANTS AND CIVIL SERVANT RETIREES

Civil servants and civil servant retirees have become entitled to an inflation adjustment of 29.79%.

Civil servants and civil servant retirees will also receive a 15% collective bargaining raise in January. Thus, the total salary increase rate in January will be 49.25%.
