CMB approved: That clothing brand is also going public!

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the initial public offerings (IPO) of Koton Mağazacılık Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Lila Kağıt Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

According to the CMB bulletin, the board has approved the IPO applications for Koton Mağazacılık Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. at 30.50 Turkish Lira per share and Lila Kağıt Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. at 37.39 Turkish Lira per share.

The CMB, which approved the bonus share capital increase application of Şeker Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. in the amount of 50 million Turkish Lira, also accepted the debt instrument issuance application of Türk Ekonomi Bankası A.Ş. in the amount of 100 million Euros.

The board decided to impose administrative fines of 139 thousand 566 Turkish Lira each on Acar Menkul Değerler A.Ş., Marbaş Menkul Değerler A.Ş., and Piramit Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş., and 69 thousand 783 Turkish Lira on Strateji Menkul Değerler A.Ş. due to non-compliance with regulations identified as a result of independent information systems audits.

The board, which imposed administrative fines on 2 individuals as a result of an investigation into transactions carried out in the Derimod Konfeksiyon Ayakkabı Deri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. equity market, also decided to initiate the necessary legal proceedings to block access to 39 websites stated to be offering leveraged trading services abroad to residents in Turkey.
