CMB approves 5 IPOs, imposes 20.7 million lira fine
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the initial public offerings (IPOs) of five companies. The Board also imposed a total of 20.7 million lira in administrative fines on two companies and four individuals.

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) announced in its weekly bulletin that the IPO applications of five companies have been approved. The Board approved the IPOs of Orzaks İlaç ve Kimya Sanayi Ticaret AŞ, Ekim Turizm Ticaret ve Sanayi AŞ, Soho Giyim ve Enerji AŞ, İsvea Seramik ve Banyo Ürünleri Sanayi AŞ, and Golda Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ.
According to the information in the bulletin, the shares of Orzaks İlaç ve Kimya will be offered at 69 lira, Ekim Turizm at 30.26 lira, Soho Giyim ve Enerji at 15 lira, İsvea Seramik ve Banyo Ürünleri at 20.9 lira, and Golda Gıda at 9.2 lira.
The CMB also approved the application of İş Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ for a bonus share issue of approximately 415 million lira.
DEBT INSTRUMENTS AND NEW FUNDS
The Board also authorized debt instrument issuance applications from various companies and financial institutions. Applications were approved for Adil Varlık Yönetim AŞ for 500 million lira, Yapı Kredi Faktoring AŞ for 6.8 billion lira, Koç Finansman AŞ for 1.4 billion lira, Türkiye Garanti Bankası AŞ for 6 billion dollars, İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ for 10 billion lira, and Ak Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for 15 billion lira.
Applications for lease certificate and asset/mortgage-backed securities issuance by ZKB Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 3 billion lira and Bizim Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 500 million lira were also approved.
The CMB authorized the establishment of the "Boğaziçi Ventures Global Venture Capital Investment Fund" and "Greenwise Venture Capital Investment Fund" under BV Portföy Yönetimi AŞ. The request to establish the İş Portföy BIST 30 Index Equity Intensive Exchange Traded Fund was also accepted.
Fiba Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ and Marbaş Menkul Değerler AŞ were granted permission to conduct brokerage activities abroad. The establishment of a crowdfunding platform titled Gekas Kitle Fonlama Platformu AŞ was also among the approved items.
Following an investigation into Girişim Elektrik Sanayi Taahhüt ve Ticaret AŞ and Europower Enerji ve Otomasyon Teknolojileri Sanayi Ticaret AŞ, the Board decided to impose a total of 20.7 million lira in administrative fines on two companies and four individuals.
