CMB approves capital increase requests of two companies
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the capital increase requests of Alarko and Özderici Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı.

According to information in the CMB's weekly bulletin, the bonus issue capital increase applications of Alarko Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ for 1 billion 738 million 800 thousand liras and Özderici Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ for 350 million liras have been accepted.
Additionally, Arçelik AŞ's request to issue debt instruments worth 30 billion liras was also approved by the CMB. The application by Tacirler Portföy Yönetimi AŞ regarding the establishment of the Second Real Estate Investment Fund and the issuance of participation shares also yielded a positive result.
The requests for granting an operating license to V Portföy Yönetimi AŞ and providing portfolio management and investment consultancy authorization certificates were also accepted by the CMB. Furthermore, as a result of examinations conducted within the framework of the Capital Markets Law and relevant legislation, it was decided to file criminal complaints against 8 individuals.
Finally, the CMB decided to initiate the necessary legal proceedings to block access to three websites in accordance with Article 99/3 of the Capital Markets Law.
