CMB approves capital increases and debt issuances for companies
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the debt instrument issuance applications of 8 companies. Additionally, it decided to file a criminal complaint with the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against 1 person regarding transactions carried out in the Beyaz Filo Oto Kiralama AŞ equity market.

According to the CMB's bulletin,
It approved the bonus issue capital increase applications of 4 companies. Furthermore, it approved the debt issuance applications of 8 companies totaling 21 billion 30 million Turkish lira and 5 billion dollars.
The Board decided to impose an administrative fine of 2 million 616 thousand 846 lira on Türk İlaç and Serum Sanayi. Regarding transactions carried out in the Beyaz Filo Oto Kiralama A.Ş. equity market, it decided to file a criminal complaint with the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against 1 person. The CMB ruled that necessary legal actions be taken to block access to 31 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad via the internet for residents in Turkey.
