CMB approves capital increases for 3 companies
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) weekly bulletin included decisions regarding capital increases for 3 companies, debt instrument issuances for 6 companies, and lease certificate applications.

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) announced its new decisions regarding capital increases and debt instrument issuances in its weekly bulletin. The Board approved the capital increase applications of 3 companies.
Accordingly, the 2 billion 380 million lira capital increase of CVK Maden İşletmeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, the 105.3 million lira rights issue capital increase of Karsu Tekstil Sanayii ve Ticaret AŞ, and the 4 billion 930 million lira bonus issue capital increase of Katılımevim Tasarruf Finansman AŞ were deemed appropriate.
The CMB also authorized the debt instrument issuance applications of Aztek Teknoloji Ürünleri Ticaret AŞ for 2 billion lira, Vestel Beyaz Eşya Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 1 billion lira, Anadolu Isuzu Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 3 billion lira, and Garanti Finansal Kiralama AŞ for 10 billion lira.
The debt instrument issuance applications of Garanti Faktoring AŞ for 100 million dollars, and Hedef Yatırım Bankası AŞ for 11 billion lira and 120 million dollars were also approved by the Board.
The bulletin also included decisions on lease certificate and asset-backed security issuances. Approvals were granted for the applications of Golden Global Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 600 million lira, Katılım Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 4 billion 750 million lira, and Ziraat Katılım Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 80 billion lira.
The Board also responded positively to the request for permission to establish the Kisbu Gayrimenkul ve Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Real Estate Umbrella Fund.
Following an investigation into Vanet Gıda Sanayi İç ve Dış Ticaret AŞ, the CMB decided to impose a total administrative fine of approximately 1.8 million lira on the company and one individual.
