CMB approves initial public offerings of 2 companies: Share prices announced
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the initial public offerings (IPOs) of Kıraç Galvaniz Telekominikasyon Metal Makine İnşaat Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and Gündoğdu Gıda Süt Ürünleri Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret AŞ.

According to the CMB's weekly bulletin, the Board approved the initial public offering of Kıraç Galvaniz Telekominikasyon Metal Makine İnşaat Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ at 24 Turkish Lira per share, and Gündoğdu Gıda Süt Ürünleri Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret AŞ at 35 Turkish Lira per share.
The CMB, which approved the paid-in capital increase of Akdeniz Yatırım Holding AŞ in the amount of 124 million 95 thousand Turkish Lira, accepted the bonus issue applications of SASA Polyester Sanayi AŞ for 37 billion 870 million 98 thousand 826.70 Turkish Lira, Coca-Cola İçecek AŞ for 2 billion 543 million 707 thousand Turkish Lira, Hedef Holding AŞ for 1 billion 500 million Turkish Lira, and Global Menkul Değerler AŞ for 78 million Turkish Lira.
Approval was granted for the debt instrument issuance applications of Aktif Yatırım Bankası AŞ for 18 billion 500 million Turkish Lira, QNB Finansbank AŞ for 35 billion Turkish Lira, Deniz Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler AŞ for 7 billion Turkish Lira, Korteks Mensucat Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 5 billion Turkish Lira, Hedef Holding AŞ for 1 billion Turkish Lira, DYO Boya Fabrikaları Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 1 billion 500 million Turkish Lira, Turknet İletişim Hizmetleri AŞ for 100 million Turkish Lira, and Akiş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ for 1 billion Turkish Lira.
Furthermore, the issuance of lease certificates based on a management agreement and purchase-sale by Bereket Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 20 billion Turkish Lira, and the issuance of lease certificates based on a management agreement by ZKB Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 1 billion Turkish Lira were approved.
The Board responded positively to the requests for the establishment of Ral Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ, Allbatross Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Fourth Venture Capital Investment Fund, Allbatross Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Fifth Venture Capital Investment Fund, Fiba Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Second Venture Capital Investment Fund, Fiba Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Third Venture Capital Investment Fund, Aktif Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Debt Instruments Umbrella Fund, and Hedef Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Fund Basket Umbrella Fund.
-ADMINISTRATIVE FINES AND CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS
As a result of its investigation, the CMB imposed a total of 17 million 164 thousand Turkish Lira in administrative fines on 5 individuals regarding transactions carried out in the share market of Temapol Polimer Plastik ve İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret AŞ.
Regarding transactions carried out in the share market of Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, the CMB imposed a total of 36 million 905 thousand Turkish Lira in administrative fines on 6 individuals.
Following investigations conducted under Law No. 6362 and related legislation, the CMB filed criminal complaints against one internet provider and 4 individuals.
It was decided to initiate the necessary legal proceedings in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law to block access to 38 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad via the internet for residents in Turkey.
