CMB approves IPO applications of 3 companies
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the initial public offerings (IPOs) of Çates Elektrik Üretim AŞ, Şeker Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, and Batı Ege Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ.

According to the weekly bulletin of the Capital Markets Board (CMB), the Board has approved the IPO applications of Çates Elektrik Üretim AŞ at 57.15 liras, Şeker Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ at 7 liras, and Batı Ege Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ at 3 liras.
The Board approved the paid-in capital increase applications of Hacı Ömer Sabancı Holding AŞ for 59 million 972 thousand 38 liras, OYAK Çimento Fabrikaları AŞ for 86 million 784 thousand 965 liras, and Bizim Toptan Satış Mağazaları AŞ for 20 million 476 thousand 74 liras, as well as the bonus share capital increases of Margün Enerji Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 770 million liras, Naturel Yenilenebilir Enerji AŞ for 132 million liras, and Esenboğa Elektrik Üretim AŞ for 196 million liras.
The Board also approved the debt instrument issuance applications of Ak Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for 6 billion liras, Burgan Finansal Kiralama AŞ for 1 billion 500 million liras, Arzum Elektrikli Ev Aletleri Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 900 million liras, İstanbul Faktoring AŞ for 100 million liras, DYO Boya Fabrikaları Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 900 million liras, Destek Yatırım Bankası AŞ for 250 million liras and 30 million dollars, TAV Havalimanları Holding AŞ for 750 million dollars, and the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality for 715 million 158 thousand dollars.
The Board decided to grant approval for the application to establish an intermediary institution under the name Destek Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ.
In accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law, it was decided to initiate legal proceedings to block access to 66 websites identified as facilitating leveraged trading abroad for residents in Turkey.
The Board decided to approve the announcement texts prepared for the merger of Exsa Export Sanayi Mamulleri Satış ve Araştırma AŞ into Hacı Ömer Sabancı Holding AŞ, through the acquisition of all its assets and liabilities based on the financial statements dated June 30, 2023, and the merger of OYAK Denizli Çimento AŞ into OYAK Çimento Fabrikaları AŞ, through the acquisition of all its assets and liabilities based on the financial statements dated June 30, 2023.
